TikTok Shop Operations Specialist Company: Rowan Appliance Industry: E-commerce / Small Home Appliances Location: Torrance, California Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission About the Role Rowan Appliance Inc. is an e-commerce company specializing in small home appliances. We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to manage and grow our TikTok Shop seller account. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating a TikTok Shop seller account, a strong understanding of TikTok Shop’s platform rules and algorithms, and the ability to develop effective shop operation and advertising strategies. This position will be responsible for improving store performance, increasing product exposure, driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and growing overall sales. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the TikTok Shop seller accountDevelop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and salesMonitor store performance, product listings, account health, customer ratings, and policy compliancePlan, launch, and optimize TikTok Shop advertising campaignsAnalyze advertising performance, ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, and sales dataOptimize product listings, pricing, promotions, coupons, and platform campaignsApply knowledge of TikTok Shop’s traffic distribution and recommendation algorithmsIdentify operational issues and develop practical solutionsCoordinate with livestream, content, affiliate, inventory, and customer service teamsDevelop strategies for new product launches and seasonal promotionsStay informed about platform updates, policies, new features, and market trendsQualificationsA bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university is requiredAt least one year of relevant professional experience is requiredPrevious hands-on experience managing a TikTok Shop seller account is requiredStrong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, policies, and account managementKnowledge of TikTok’s traffic distribution and recommendation algorithmsExperience with TikTok Shop Ads, paid traffic, and advertising strategyAbility to analyze sales data, advertising performance, ROI, and conversion ratesStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of resultsExperience in e-commerce or the small home appliance industry is preferredExperience with livestream e-commerce and affiliate marketing is a plusCompensation This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of: A base salaryPerformance-based commissionAdditional incentives based on sales growth and account performance Specific compensation will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
