As a Barista, you will be responsible for making Taiwanese desserts and drinks, pro[联系方式已隐藏] excellent customer service, and helping to keep the store clean and organized. No prior bubble tea making experience is required—we are happy to train proactive and willing-to-learn candidates. Job Responsibilities • Beverages and desserts are prepared and served according to Meet Fresh’s recipes and standards. • Greet customers and pro[联系方式已隐藏] warm and efficient service. • Operate the POS system to accura process customer orders. • Maintain a clean, orderly, and hygienic work environment throughout the shift. • Assist with food preparation, restocking, and opening/closing related tasks. • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations. • Work efficiently during peak hours while ensuring product quality. Job Requirements • Prior experience in bubble tea shops, cafes, restaurants, or the food service industry is preferred, but not required. • Passionate about desserts and beverages, and dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences. • Possesses a good memory, can memorize recipes, and follows standardized operating procedures. • They value cleanliness, orderliness, and attention to detail, and take pride in it. • Friendly and reliable personality with good teamwork skills. • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment. • Possesses basic mathematical calculation and cash handling skills. • Must hold a food handler qualification certificate (must be obtained before starting work).
