The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily digital garment printing production, artwork pre-processing, machine operation and routine maintenance. Candidates with hands-on experience in cotton apparel printing production are highly preferred. Key Job Responsibilities ： • Operate DTG and DTF printing equipment independently, complete daily garment printing production tasks efficiently, and ensure on-time order delivery. • Process and adjust print artwork using basic graphic design software, including picture sizing, cropping, color correction, typesetting, and simple effect modification to meet printing standards. • Inspect printing materials and finished products, strictly control print quality, check for color deviation, pattern defects, ink streaks and other issues, and make timely adjustments to ensure consistent product quality. • Complete pre-print preparation work, including equipment debugging, ink detection, material arrangement, garment pretreatment, and DTF film feeding, powder coating and curing operations. • Perform daily routine maintenance and cleaning of printers, maintain equipment operation stability, record production and equipment status, and report machine faults and production problems in a timely manner. • Keep the production workstation clean and tidy, sort and count finished products, and cooperate with the team to complete daily production indicators. Job Requirements ： • Proficient in basic graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator or other common design/typesetting software), able to independently complete simple artwork modification and print file processing. • Familiar with the operation process of DTG and DTF printers, with standard and standardized machine operation habits. • Prioritized candidates: With practical working experience in cotton shirt printing, familiar with garment printing process and quality standards. • Able to adapt to factory production work, careful and responsible in work, with strong quality awareness and execution ability. • Able to work independently and cooperate with team work, follow production arrangements, and abide by workshop safety and management regulations. • No strict academic qualification requirement, practical operation experience is the core assessment standard.
