店长招聘 · Store Manager Job Posting 公司 / Company：shoppingmango HUOPAN（生活百货零售 / Lifestyle & General Merchandise Retail） 门店地址 / Location：17585-B Harvard Avenue, Irvine, CA 92614 职位类型 / Employment Type：全职 Full-time 薪资 / Pay Range：$20 － $30 / 小时 per hour 汇报对象 / Reports To：国家经理 Country Manager 职位概述 Job Summary 我们正在为HUOPAN尔湾(Irvine)新店招聘一名店长，负责门店日常运营、团队管理与销售业绩达成。 We're hiring a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations, team management, and sales performance at our new Irvine location. 岗位职责 Responsibilities • 负责门店开店/闭店、收银及现金管理 Oversee store opening/closing, POS & cash handling • 达成销售目标（转化率、客单价、连带率等） Drive sales KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT) • 负责陈列标准与库存管理（进货、盘点、损耗控制） Manage visual merchandising & inventory (receiving, counts, loss prevention) • 招聘、培训、排班并管理店员团队 Hire, train, schedule, and manage store staff • 提供优质顾客服务，处理顾客问题 Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues • 定期向店主汇报销售、库存及人力情况 Report store sales, inventory, and staffing to the owner 任职要求 Requirements • 2年以上零售门店管理经验 2+ years of retail management experience • 中英文双语流利 Fluent in both Mandarin and English • 熟练使用POS收银系统 Proficient with POS systems • 能接受灵活排班，含周末及节假日 Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays 能长时间站立/行走，搬运最高约50磅货物 Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
