About Ampire MMS: Ampire Mortgage Management Services is an Australian licensed non-bank mortgage management platform (Australian Credit Licence 571 954). We partner with brokers, introducers and approved referral channels to deliver specialist lending solutions across residential, commercial, SMSF, alt doc, expat and non-resident, non-conforming, construction and other complex borrower segments. Our operating model combines distribution, credit, lending support, settlements and customer service. The BDM is expected to work closely with each function so partners receive accurate guidance, responsive execution and consistent service from scenario through to settlement. What success looks like: •A smaller, more productive partner portfolio - not a large list of dormant accreditations. •Consistent growth in eligible net new settled volume and repeat business. •Brokers understand where Ampire Blue and Ampire Green / white-label solutions fit, and submit complete, well-positioned applications. •Referral relationships operate within Ampire's approved process, with documented consent, clear boundaries and high-quality introductions. •Pipeline forecasts, partner activity and account ownership are accura recorded and visible to management. Key responsibilities 1. Partner acquisition and activation •Develop and execute a territory plan covering high-potential mortgage brokers, broker businesses, introducers and approved referral partners. •Build a disciplined prospect pipeline through existing networks, direct outreach, industry events, referrals and strategic partnerships. •Assess partner fit based on experience, expected case profile, compliance standing, cultural alignment and realistic volume potential. •Coordinate accreditation, onboarding, product training, portal access and the first-90-day activation plan. •Prioritise productive activation. A signed or accredited partner is not considered successful until they submit quality business and achieve a first settlement. 2. Broker education and product adoption •Develop a working command of Ampire's product suite, credit appetite, pricing parameters, documentation standards, systems and escalation pathways. •Educate partners on Ampire Blue products, including Lite, Alt Doc, Expat and SMSF, and on Ampire Green / white-label solutions such as construction, vacant land, jumbo and specialist scenarios where available. •Run structured one-to-one training, office visits, webinars, product updates and case workshops. •Help brokers identify suitable scenarios and package applications accura, without promising approval, pricing or policy exceptions outside delegated authority. 3. Account management and portfolio growth •Own an allocated portfolio of broker, introducer and referral relationships and maintain documented account plans for priority partners. •Conduct regular business reviews covering pipeline, conversion, service issues, product opportunities and agreed next actions. •Re-engage dormant partners selectively; discontinue low-quality or non-productive activity where the commercial case is weak. •Increase relationship depth by developing repeat submissions and settlements, rather than relying on isolated transactions. 4. Pipeline and settlement execution •Maintain visibility from initial scenario through application, approval, settlement and post-settlement handover. •Work with Credit, Lending Support, Settlements and Customer Services to remove avoidable delays, escalate genuine blockers and communicate realistic expectations to the partner. •Maintain a weekly weighted pipeline and a credible settlement forecast, with reasons and next actions recorded for stalled or lost opportunities. •Analyse decline, withdrawal, rework and fall-over patterns and address recurring partner education or process issues. 5. Referral channel development •Source and maintain approved referral relationships with accountants, financial advisers, property professionals, community networks and other suitable businesses. •Ensure every referrer is onboarded under Ampire's approved agreement and process before referrals are accepted or remuneration is discussed. •For unlicensed referrers, reinforce the permitted boundary: they introduce the consumer and pro[联系方式已隐藏] with consent; they do not recommend, arrange or assist with a particular credit contract unless separa authorised. •Monitor lead quality, consent, conversion and partner conduct, and escalate any suspected breach or consumer complaint immedia 6. Data discipline, governance and teamwork •Record partner ownership, meetings, opportunities, referrals, applications, next actions and forecast dates in Ampire's Microsoft 365 / CRM environment within one business day. •Use Loan Tracker, the Broker Portal and Power BI reporting to manage performance and support management decisions. •Comply with Ampire's ACL conditions, policies, delegated authorities and all applicable credit, privacy, responsible-lending, anti-bribery and referral requirements. •Do not override Credit, conceal adverse information, make unsupported representations or prioritise volume ahead of compliance and customer outcomes. •Work collaboratively across Sydney, Melbourne and Ampire's operational support teams, sharing information early and taking ownership until handover is complete.
