A little bit about me: Thank you for looking! My name is Brian and I am looking for positions such as IT support, computer assembly/repair, front desk/receptionist, data entry, and really anything available at an entry level. Even if I may lack experience in those positions, I am comfortable working in unfamiliar environments and quick to adapt. I have experience in areas such as computer troubleshooting and a total of 4 years in customer service/client facing roles. My desired compensation is $23/hr+ or 48,000 on a full time basis and I am open to part time work as well. Education: Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems - Computer/User Support Skills: Technical: 2+ years in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), 4+ years computer troubleshooting hardware and software, Intermediate proficiency in camera repair, 95+ WPM typing speed Personal: 2+ years in leadership and mentoring through coaching, 2+ years in customer service and team support, developing proficiency in Cantonese, detail oriented, adaptable Unfortuna I do not know Mandarin and only understand basic Cantonese.
