Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Casual) We're looking for someone who is hungry to earn more and not just rely on a base wage. This role is 60% Sales + 40% Marketing. Requirements: Must have previous marketing experience Please pro[联系方式已隐藏] the social media platforms you've managed before (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) Sales experience is preferred HVAC industry experience is a bonus, but not essential Good general English communication skills to communicate with local customers Basic Mandarin speaking ability is required Training will be pro[联系方式已隐藏] Commission Per Successful Installation: Single Split: $50 Multi Split: $100 Ducted System: $100 Your Responsibilities: You'll manage your own customers from start to finish, including: Enter job details into the system accura Assign jobs to installers and electricians Review photos uploaded by installers through the Dataforce Runabout app Prepare certificate information and send the details to licensed plumbers and licensed electricians for certificate issuance Follow up on outstanding certificates and maintain job records Generate leads and bring in new customers Follow up enquiries and convert sales Prepare quotes and send invoices Pro[联系方式已隐藏] after-sales support Arrange technicians for repairs and warranty jobs Manage and grow our social media presence Salary: us how much you want to earn, and we'll pay you accordingly — as long as you can bring in customers and generate profits for the company. Your income is performance-driven. You earn your own salary and commissions through the business you bring in, while also contributing to the company's profitability. Flexible Working Arrangement Our office is based in Clayton, but you don't need to come to the office as long as you can handle everything independently and get the job done. This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, loves sales and marketing, and wants to make serious money instead of just collecting a base wage. For example: If you bring in 15 successful installations in a month, your total pay will be around $5,700. If you bring in 20 successful installations in a month, your total pay will be around $7,600. If you bring in 25 successful installations in a month, your total pay will be around $9,500. Or no matter where you're based in Australia, if you have your own channels to find customers in Melbourne and can bring in successful installations, I don't need you to do any marketing or social media posts. As long as you can manage the jobs from start to finish while working from home, I'm happy to pay you the same salary.
